Here is another Cedar roof cleaning that we performed last week in Ocean Pines Maryland. This roof was salvaged for the most part with a cleaning, and then a few shakes did have to be replaced once we were finished. The moss and algae was very thick in parts of the roof and had eaten away 3 shingles! In Ocean Pines they are very strict about cutting down any trees near the homes, which provides a perfect environment for this growth.
