Any suggestions on red dirt?

I am bidding on 5000 sqft of sidewalk and front entrances to this condo unit full of red dirt anyone know something that will budge it. If I land this I'll be doing their 9 units approx 100000 sqft of house washing.

Chris, try a roof mix but use Gain Ultra as your surfactant. Just do a test spot since your area is different than mine but we get the red clay off this way. For some reason the other surfactants just don't seem to get the clay to release and the Gain does.

Does not work well without the SH either. For some reason the two together allows us to rinse the clay off. Just pre-wet the grass because the mix is hot.

If what Doug suggested doesn't work, you may have to go the acid route.

F9 probably wont touch it Chris our concrete is crap and absorbs up to 2 inches deep in some cases. I would go with a hot roof mix like doug said and a hot oxalic like you said. Definitely going to need hot water and set the expectations that it will most likely not come completely out. Our red dirt is extremely high in iron.
