I don't consider myself ignorant but I must be. I bought this beautiful beast. Waited 4 1/2 weeks to get it. Paid $250 for delivery and drove an hour 20 minutes to get it and can't even figure out how to use it. I must give Tim  very much praise for helping me while on the road for a vacation. He would have walked me through it but I was not about to take him away from his vacation.

Other than the proportioner there are no instructions of how the valves should be turned. Start up suggestions for purging air from the lines Or The proper way to set the return valve on the end.

I cant make it work but it looks nice in the back of my truck. Maybe there was additional price for instructions and I missed it. I can water the yard with it.

Very Nice! Is that the proportioner sitting on top of the wheel well? How do you get the door open?

Andy, that sure is something to show off! At least you can drive around and people will be impressed with your new skid! Just hope they don't ask for a demo!

Ok, all jokes aside, Ray can help. He has a video here on NSWA. I think Doug Gore has finally got the kinks figured out.

Why wasn't it all put together before it was shipped?

Art it was installed. BUT. There are 3, three way ball valves and ZERO instructions about how exactly the are supposed to be turned for normal operation. There is also a flow valve or pressure valve on the end of pump that's adjustable but ZERO instructions on how to use it.
Before the unit can be used. And the unexpected dumbass such as myself. Probably the only one out there that does not realize there is a procedure for priming the system. . One would think that would be reason enough for some type of explaining. But hell no!.
Bottom line is. You pay $6000. They will gladly charge your credit card immediately and not tell you it may be 5 weeks before it is shipped or that shipping is $250 and you may have to drive an hour and a half to get it. It friggin sucks. The thing even after primed sucks hoses flat. It is constantly shutting off.
I was told today the procedure for priming and normal operation would be on the site tonight but I don't see it.

Let's be sure to get these comments to Paul at Powerwashstore.

I have been using my pro p for 5 weeks? and we love it. I know the instructions are pretty sparse yet, and that is definitely a problem.

Reach out to Tim Asleton. He is very interested in seeing this equipment perform as designed.

Maybe the interest in Paul's ready to go systems has overwhelmed them. I know they put a lot of thought into the designs and want their equipment to be viewed as the best.

It appears to be built really right, but I know we are still tweaking our bypass unloader. We still do not leave it run for long periods of time before we pull the trigger or shut it down.

I am curious why you say it is shutting off. Is there some type of relay built into that system?

Bypass Unloader. Great example. No instructions. Do you think they are going to pick the phone up and call everyone and say. Hey, Just wanted you to know we figured it out. Here's what to do. No. They will let you keep tweeking and make you feel as if you are really wasting their time if you are confused.

I like that! Never thought of it that way. Guess I was to busy fighting the thoughts of how many times I could flip it out the back of the truck.
They have shows and stuff to go to anyway.

Andy I think the 3 ways are for rinsing the proportioner.  I watched a video on that somewhere or the other.

Simple enough! confuse

I bought the 12 volt proportioner system and I just love it.  This thing's gonna be your best friend once you get to using it.

Thank you Paul and company:

You guys have been running a hundred miles per hour getting these built so the time to make this video is very much appreciated. I know we have beat up on you pretty hard because the instructions were a bit thin...

New technology always has some challenges, but after a month of very profitable days with the Pro P and booster we will never go back to batching.

I was joking with Alex today and told him when I called him I was waiting for my appetizer at lunch to hit the table.

His comment was " You must have figured out something if you can take time at lunch to order an appetizer." We knew getting a unit early would have added challenges but I could have never anticipated how much of a difference it would make in our work day and income. By the way Alex the Shrimp appetizer was incredible.

Great and very informative video Paul!
