Stubborn stains on building

aloha guys any suggestions as to how to remove thes stubborn stains. We cleaned this building last night and tried almost everything to get it off.

How strong did you go with your mix? Is that Dryvit? Did you try any pressure? Ome Restore?

I went up to a 50/50 and didn't budge. Tried pressure nothing it's about 25 years old the building I don't have one restore but am thinking about ordering some to do a test. I lightened the stain and we shot multiple coats.

If you get one restore this is what we do. Apply to wet surface, rinse shortly thereafter, reapply, rinse.
