Tennessee Soft Wash recently completed this roof stain removal project as a referral from Keller Williams Real Estate company in Knoxville, TN.  The house was going on the market and other than the ugly roof shingle stains, is a beautiful home.  The roof itself is in excellent condition, but algae has begun to infest the shingles and cause them to look dirty.  Our non-pressure soft wash process completely kills the algae and removes the stains.

This is in an upscale area of Knoxville called Farragut and the home is listed for over $500,000.  The realtors that referred us to the job know that the dirty roof can be a detractor to potential buyers, so cleaning it could save the homeowners a lot of money.  Many people would replace this roof because it looked bad, but removing the algae growth has given this roof many more years of life!

How come it seems so hard to convince some homeowners they are not paying us, We are helping them keep thousands of dollars of their asking price.
