I've finally ran out of room on my property. On Monday we will be moving into this 1200 square foot shop. Three bays to store everything. Door heights will accommodate my truck with rack and ladders, my hot water trailer, plenty of lighting for the visual impaired, running water, floor drains, long paved driveway, updated panels and room to build an office. It's on the landlord's property with no vehicle traffic. Couldn't pass it up and a mile from the house.

It's nice to have a separate shop close to home but not AT home!
Your gonna love it. especially tinkering with your rigs during long winters.

I've got 1000+s/f plus plenty of storage behind building at the end of my block. Generators and all. Nice to separate work from home life.

Though , I  think I'm running out of room!

 We started moving somethings today which was a day early. Truck fit like a charm. Trailer goes in tomorrow along with 2x275 gallon totes, chemicals, etc. We will paint walls white and the floors battleship grey.  Various cabinets and shelving' to be added. Ill get some interior photos tomorrow.

 Thanks Mike. This winter I'll be spending some quality time in there. Today we moved the hose reels closer to the curb side and mounted a new tool box.
