Need help pulling off a bank job...

We have to clean this bank exterior.  I have done a test area on the lower window ledges and used One restore.  My worry with the upper areas is how to control One Restore if I cannot get up close to the work areas.

I would like to think a hot mix of SH would do the trick.  Any suggestions on a chemical mix is appreciated.

We are going to make some inquiries on a articulating lift so we can get up there.

Steve I turned your photo for better viewing.

Start off with a strong house wash mix and bump it up accordingly. You'll need a 60 or 80' articulating boom lift to get close. Use a pump up sprayer designed for acids with One Restore.  Jason Wellman at KEC Supplies has some. Rinse, apply, rinse until desired results. Around here the lifts are running $900 to $1300 per day plus fuel.

I saved it to my computer and turned it there in Microsoft Picture Manager.

The picture is still side ways.......

Steve, No need for one restore as I see the image. 2% on those ledges and let dwell. May need a few applications if you cant get close enough for a solid rinse. Should come out nice though.

I hope the link works Steve. Massanutten Regional Library

We only needed a lift on one side. Cleaned pretty much with a roof mix. Some took more than one coat but it beats getting up close to pressure wash. One week with two men although I was there for the boom lift day and the front of the building mainly for helping with people who didn't see us working.

Thanks men. I am planning on using SH and see if we can clean it up. That should prevent getting close to each sill..
