I have a new asphalt driveway that has some oil stains on i. I want to get it sealed and figured I would wash it with some EBC. My friend thinks this " degreaser  "  would ruin the driveway bcause the asphalt is an oil.....thoughts?

A customer asked me to quote cleaning the asphalt parking lot at a new Retirement complex. The parking lot is new with few oil stains. IMO the parking lot looks just fine. They are having a VIP visitor and wants everything cleaned. Should I just spot clean or run a surface cleaner over all of it. It does have two white stains from flower pots shown in the attached. Suggestions? Thanks.
