House Washing with no algae

I've got a house wash coming up that is a pretty new house. No algae, just spider webs, dust, bird droppings, etc. I don't see the need to use bleach, especially since they have lots of stained wood around.  Wondering how others might clean this? And if I'm thinking right about not needing SH.

Bleach helps eat up the spider webs and can kill them....The wood is the issue but with the ProPortioner you have the ability to turn it off. I'd personally hit the areas with wood as just soap and water then all other areas at 1%.

You could do the whole job with just soap and water. The soap will help pull down the webs but not as well and won't kill the spiders.....so the problem comes back quicker.

Always good to use some S/H. Your going to need it to clean the trim and soffits anyway. Keep all your wood wet and rinse a lot

i wash lots of nawhomes for builder. Use very minimal SH, if any at all, but extra SOAP. The soaps help to give weight to the spider webs for them to rinse down easier.

Been looking for an additive/product that "dissolves" or beaks down webs for just this type of jobs.
Havent found anything yet but maybe someone else may know, or we should ask a chemist to make us a product.
That would be kool, on the old RIPCA board we had a few chime in asking what products we would be interested in

this is not a popular answer but AC's Terra Wash soap is good for removing spider webs and such.

I used it last year and like it.  I've never used it without bleach though. I actually mixed it 5 gallons of snotmenade and one gallon terra wash and it was a great house wash soap.

I would hit it with like .5 Sh with a good soap. Like it was said above it'll help break up some of the webs.

It's done. I started with .5%, but had to go 1% because of the spider webs.

How did you get Doug to come up there and sit on the porch for the picture?
