I went to look at a local cidery because their three year old standing seam roof looks real bad. The only thing the maintenance guy could tell me is they think it is coming from the CO2 exhaust. I called back today to see if he can find out what else is in the exhaust. As you can see in the picture with an arrow pointing to the exhaust, it goes onto the lower roof with a lot of force, then goes everywhere to include half of the windows. As soon as we get a break in weather I will go up there and do a test to see what will work the best. In the mean time I thought I would see what you all think.

We have cleaned a number of breweries and wineries. Any time you have yeast and fermentation involved, there is always a lot of dark bacterial growth. A standard light SH mix takes care of it fine. We maintain 8 Costco roofs. The area around the vents of the bakery are always a mess.

 Thank you Eric. I was guessing it was something like that. I am planning to add some Red Raider to help with the cleaning.

We got the job to clean this Galvalume roof and went to do some testing today. With the help of Eric & John, I came up with a good mix. We tried 20% with Red Raider. We hit it twice and were happy with the results so we tried the same with EBC. The pictures are with two treatments of EBC which will be our mix. Now to put them in the schedule.

I heard you say EBC at least a thousand times so I had to give it a try. We have used it in a number of places. It's nice to have an arsenal so you can try different things. I this case, if I only had Red Raider, I most likely would be using it and have to spray more.
