As far as I am concerned, that is grounds for removal/banning from NSWA after public humiliation in the pillory in court square.

Ok so maybe he didn't take care of it. So far all he did was change the url but the article remains the same. My web guy ( who is anya's cousin said he has seen this before but never so blatant. I did reach back out to nick to see if he was going to change the article but i haven't heard back. I will give it till Wednesday.

Before i do anything i was looking for your guys level headed opinion on what i should do. My seo guy wants to make an article on a play of words with his company name and he wants to do some other stuff but i told him to hold off until i hear back from nick.

Should I be flattered or pissed?

There is nothing wrong with competition but... try and get the pricing the same and don't play games trying to make on the back of a successful well season business. It is a shame there are those out there who will do inferior work at prices that will barely pay for a 12 pack when finished. Getting the job at all cost is a bad business plan. Some we win, some we lose! Most of us have done things ethically and on own own.

Ok, with that out of the way... I'd be pissed not flattered! Maybe it's time to fight fire with fire! Use your G+ account, You Tube as well as NSWA and the Lawn Site, both have great SEO. If he won't back down then play with his name and words and suck his SEO into your site. It is a shame you have to spend much needed time on this instead of your business as he sits back and gloats at his underhanded accomplishments!

Well if i do anything it will be my seo guy doing the work as he is drawing up a plan as we speak ( or type). He is also using the nswa logo on his blog post just to make you aware art.

We are going to push back but im am giving him a chance to make it right.

Yes there is alot more to it. He has been copying all the blogs i have written in the last 2 months. He changes the wording around a little but its of the same topic. There is just a long history of us going back and forth that it is now so tiring. I thought he wanted to bury the hatchet but not removing the blog doesn't help.

We shall see. I have my seo guy on stand by waiting to go. I really don't want to go there because it is time consuming but i will if i have to.

I'm not sure art. He has called me today and said they are working on changing the article title and the wording in the article itself. Lets see what happens over the next few days and ill proceed from there. I really don't want to spend too much time on this. I'm super busy to the point I'm turning work away.
