Our crew was carefully selected by this homeowner to clean the roof moss of this asphalt shingle roof. This roof had moss, lots of lichen and algae all over the front. It really made the house look in worse shape then it was. The client actually thought about replacing the roof until they heard about Soft washing on Long Island. Replacing a roof like this would of cost about $7k!!! instead we killed all the infestation and started to return the roof back to its original condition for a few hundred bucks
