We did a job the other day and when we were done the homeowner came up and said:

"Can I make a suggestion? I almost didn't hire you because I felt you were just too expensive......but man the value you gave me was incredible! You need to tell people about everything you do for the price."

Our bids pretty much outline what we are going to do but we do go way beyond. We always do something extra on every job.  Part of this job included cleaning his front porch area and rear patio. So we pulled the screens in these areas (exterior removal type) but then the homeowner went around and removed every single window screen around the entire home. Ok, my assistant knew this was not included in our price and we just decided to clean them anyhow......even though we had already done our "extra's".

The homeowner went on to rave about everything we did and he kept going back to "and I can't believe you cleaned all the windows too.....man they really shine!"
