Liberty SoftWash recently added another resturant kitchen hood to a quarterly maintenance schedule.  This resturant in York PA had benn closed for some time and the hood system was left without being cleaned. The entire vent system including the hoods on the roof were cleaned and polished.

In addition to the hood system, we also cleaned the wok cook top and cleaned the entire terra-cotta tile floor.  All our cleaning was done using a wash water recovery system which safely collected and discharged all the water collected dureing the cleaning process.
