Wondering if there are any recent or new roof cleaning mixes for metal that will keep me off the roof and no need to scrub !

Have a gentleman that owns a resort with 6 buildings he would like cleaned and they are surrounded by pine trees. Have not seen it yet but want to be confident I can clean it effectively. He figures the roofs are just dirty and not a lot of pine pitch. I figure different

I have not done a metal roof and trying to decide if I want to take it on being it is 140 miles one way and know they can become slip and slides real quick and the fact of pine trees everywhere. Do have fall protection if I really have to get on roof to scrub but would rather not.

Thinking about adding DJ to mix, anyone tried it yet

Painted roofs are easy if it's just mold and dirt. But,.they are usually oxidized as well,..and then they suck. Unless removing the oxidation isn't required. But they always looks dirty if it's left on.

*Last week I turned down a Hoss's Steak and Sea House due to an oxidized roof. It WAS a green painted tin roof,..it is now a dirty brownish green,..(Oxidized) and it looks like crap,.and because of the size ,..would be a PITA to make look even decent,..and it won't last anyhow.
