With “Blow Your Mind’

FOAM!

While most of the pumps in the Soft-Wash industry are little more than converted fertilizer pumps the Fat Daddy soft-wash system is built from the ground-up to handle chlorine concentrations up to 13% and alkaline detergents up to a pH of 13.5.

Yes, the Fat Daddy System is a true Soft-Wash System designed to fulfill every expectation of the discerning professional who knows, understands and demands power, performance and dependability.

Looks great but I just don't need another engine! If I were starting out or building a new rig I would look really hard!

They say Foam lifts the mix off the shingles so it doesn't penetrate the granules , Not Good!

Yes but you need a bigger air compressor.

I have a really strange and crazy idea... why don't one of you pick up the phone and discuss the mini skid.

Well Brett for several reasons, I am really just considering it for next year and there is no need to bother eric for a few simple questions that can be answered at his convenience. Also someone else might be waiting as well to see the response and a call would take them out of the loop. I also believe these small post help " ranking " for this forum. If the thread is bugging you I guess you could close it or ignore it?

It isn't "bugging" me, I'm just old school and figure it is so easy to actually call people but I find few want to do that anymore. So much more is accomplished with one call. Even my millennial admin has found that calls really do work. Yes it might help others but the post is actually about a different system. It would be even more helpful if the post was titled about the system PWS of PA has.

I think these are 18 gl where 30 gl tank is better for the 1 inch air pumps.

I always thought Foam would be cool to put on a roof if you were in a really busy neighborhood so all the neighbors could see and talk about it!

There is so much new stuff compared to what there was 10 years ago. You can build a setup for under $1000.00 or you can buy a new skid for a pickup/flatbed for 15K and add on a few fancy items for an additional $2500.00. Add in a decent used truck and your start up is somewhere in the 45K range. That's not a big deal if you have the work to pay for it. Since I prefer box trucks, I'm sure it will always be mostly custom. We already have two gas motors on board so adding another is not an option. We have three ways to apply, PW, booster and 12 V. One of those three can get it done. It would be interesting to decide what I want/need if I were starting from scratch. I might add a flatbed over the winter so we'll see where I go with that.

I'd like to see this 9.5gpm in action. I am always looking for more distance and to lay down more material.

I'm getting close to pulling the trigger as well.  one of the things holding me back is having to rewrap the truck and that added expense.
