If you get pulled over for speeding start coughing and wiping your nose. He isn't going to want to be near you much less give you a pen to sign the ticket and take it back. Heehee.

Our town officers have been instructed not to pull anyone over unless they absolutely have to. They also have been instructed not to give any tickets because the courts are closed.
