Anyone recomend a cheap reclaim system?

We got a contract for all the local medical centers. After doing the first one we see that alot of time is wasted taking lifted dirt to the closest drain after surface cleaning the concrete and curbs.

If I could reclaim it as I go I would think that would be faster. But dont know alot about reclaiming units. Any info would help. Ty for your time.

There is a lot out there now. A lot has changed since we bought ours 5 years ago. We use Hydro-Tek with a Sirocco surface cleaner. Depending on what you call cheap, an inexpensive set up will be somewhere around $2000.00. Give Russ Johnson a call.

For the discharge hose make sure you get the light weight lay flat. With 100' of discharge and 50' of suction, we have never had a problem with discharge. Toilets have saved us many times. Also, if you are not using chemicals it can be discharged on grass, dirt or gravel. The only time we had a problem with discharge we didn't use chemicals and used hot water so we could discharge onto grass. We charged accordingly.

Dirt will clog up filters fast...I doubt it would be faster....due to stopping and cleaning out filters and clogs....

I've never used one or seen one used. But yes that makes sense. Hummmm might have to rethink my strategy lol.
Just by the time I'm done surface cleaning I end up moving 1/2 to 3/4 inch of dirt 25-30 feet to the closes drain. When the dirt is that thick it's slow going. Maybe I should just make dirt piles every 5 foot or so and sweep it into a dust pan.

Start by moving the dirt closest to the drain....then work backwards....then you can control how much dirt you are moving.
