How has everyone done since the pandemic?

2020 & 2021 have been good years as far as the numbers go. Employees is another story! Hiring is still a nightmare. Add to hiring, we just weren't ready to change all of our numbers to account for the demand for higher pay. Prior to the "pandemic" we thought we had a few years to make changes. Competing against the fly by nights is getting more and more interesting.

Been a good 2 years, People are home and the government has been giving out small checks. They are using the money around the home

Spring was great. Summer was slower than usual but I attributed that to people traveling and getting out of the house after being locked down for 18 months. BUT so far fall has been unbelievably slow and I'm getting the same sentiment from others. Even the Chem supplier said its been very slow.

Last time fall was this slow for us was 2016 before the election.
